1. Nature of Digital Services

Textworld.co provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Temporary virtual phone numbers
  • SMS verification services
  • One-Time Password (OTP) reception services
  • Account verification assistance tools

Due to the intangible and instantly consumable nature of digital services, all purchases are considered final once delivered or made accessible.

2. No Refund on Wallet Deposits

All wallet deposits made to Textworld.co are:

  • Non-withdrawable
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-refundable

Once funds are credited to a user's wallet, they are deemed accepted and available for service use only.

Users are responsible for verifying the correct deposit amount before completing payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Successfully delivered OTP or SMS codes
  • Expired number sessions due to user delay
  • Incorrect service or country selection by user
  • Attempted verification of accounts previously linked to another individual
  • Third-party platform rejection, bans, or restrictions
  • Network delays beyond platform control
  • Failure to follow platform instructions

Users are advised not to request codes for numbers suspected to have prior linkage, as this does not qualify for a refund.

4. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered where:

  • The number provided fails to receive SMS due to a confirmed internal system malfunction
  • The number becomes inaccessible due to a verified technical fault on Textworld.co
  • The service paid for cannot be delivered due to platform-side failure

Conditions for eligibility:

  • Report must be submitted within 20 minutes of purchase
  • Valid evidence must be provided (screenshots, transaction ID)
  • Internal technical verification must confirm fault

Approved refunds will be credited only to the user's wallet balance and not to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Textworld.co support may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent termination
  • Restriction of future access
  • Reporting to payment processors

Textworld.co reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Anti-Fraud Protection

We actively monitor transactions for fraud, abuse, and suspicious behavior. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities will result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Amendments

Textworld.co reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
